The main idea of this desk - hiding annoying cables, is by Tom Udell. The final result of our work can be seen on the pictures above. The desk is designed with galvanized pegboard panel mounted on the back side and metal pegs and shelves hooked on it. There is custom electric power strip on the bottom of the desk built in a wooden box. Power cords come from equipment on the desk , then wrap around the pegs and plug into the power strip. The back piece of plexiglass is exactly the same size, as the desk top gets mounted on the back covering the cords and the pegs. Desk and back panel are interchangeable and could come in different colours and different materials .
